Automa is able to supply Expanded Polystyrene, Neopor or Polyphen® Fire Resistant foam from moulded blocks.
Expanded Polystyrene & Neopor®
- Expanded polystyrene type FR (flame retarding) is supplied in standard size insulation board or hot-wired to order from moulded blocks (see Block Dimension Table below).
- Neopor® is supplied hot-wired to order from moulded blocks (see Block Dimension Table below).
- Board edges may be profiled to form interlocking panels.

Polyphen® Fire Resistant Foam
- Polyphen® Fire Resistant Foam is supplied to order from moulded blocks measuring 3 x 1.2 x 1 m.
- An abrasive cutting wire (not a hot-wire) is used to process the material due to Polyphen's fire resistance property.
- Board edges may be profiled to form interlocking panels.
